Reverend Ethel Smith, a native of South Carolina, has dedicated her life to the spreading of the Gospel of Christ.  The main thrust of her teaching centers around this truth:  “The Word of God Works!” Senior Pastor Ethel Smith and her husband Assistant Pastor Anthony Smith have been entrusted with the oversight of leading their generation to the next level of spiritual excellence, faithful service and financial dominance

Reverend Ethel Smith was awarded licensure for ministry in April 1990.  After serving faithfully as church administrator, senior citizens’ coordinator and Bible school instructor, she was ordained as Elder in January 1993.   Her ordination as Pastor of Church of the Harvest Christian Ministries, Inc. in December 2002 gave witness to the tremendous call of God upon her life.  Presently, she oversees the daily administrative activities of Church of the Harvest Christian Ministries, Inc. as Senior Pastor and Church Administrator.

Because of her willingness to respond to the call of God upon her life, doors of utterance are constantly being opened to her.   Reverend Smith attended Word of Life Bible Institute where she was also an instructor.  Reverend Smith has traveled to Nigeria, South Africa and Nairobi, Kenya, Eleuthera, Bahamas, Montego Bay, Jamaica and locally, preaching and teaching the Word of God. Pastors Anthony and Ethel have been officially inducted into the Association of Independent Ministries (A.I.M.) with all rights and privileges granted under the covenant relationship with Drs. I. V. and Bridget Hilliard.

Dr. Dexter Easley, New Life Christian Fellowship, Goose Creek, South Carolina is a Spiritual Father of Pastors Anthony and Ethel Smith.
